The Natural Seaton Festival
Organised by Seaton Tramway
27th & 28th July 2024

Trading time. 10 am – 5 pm

During the two days, there will be various activities for all age groups, going on throughout the town, which will draw people into Seaton.
The main areas for activities and entertainment Thury Harcourt Place, Amphitheatre, Tesco Plaza (Next to Seaton Tramway station)

We have pitches available for traders and charities with an environmental/natural focus, and food and drink vendors with good eco credentials that use locally sourced supplies

Before starting your application, please ensure you have read and filled in the required documentation below:

All Vendors and Applicants must read the following documents

For-profit businesses must download and complete the Trader Details Form, and upload it to their submission.

Caterers and Entertainment Vendors must download and complete the Method Statement (Safe Way of Working), and upload it to their submission.

Caterers and Entertainment Vendors must also supply a Risk Assessment with their application.

 

Terms & Conditions

Cateres and Entertainers must have the relevant insurance cover and risk assessments in place, and provide copies of each to the Natural Seaton Festival organisers prior to attending the event. The organisers of Natural Seaton Festival accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury incurred during the set-up, running or break-down of the event.
Full refunds will be given for any loss or cancellation of your stall if cancellation or abandonment of the event by the organisers of Natural Seaton Festival takes place. There will be no refund if you change your mind or are unable to attend for any reason.

To apply for your space, please complete and return the booking form along with proof of your insurance schedule and hygiene certificate (if required).

Natural Seaton Festival is held at Thury Harcourt, Seaton, EX12 2WD. The Festival is organised by Seaton Tramway.
